I appreciated being in this place. The staff were lovely and wonderful in case of questions. The hotel was right by Skegness and Ingoldmells, a park for kids and a field for the dogs to run on, and public transport thanks to its perfect location.

Amicable staff, gave a lot of information. This was a perfect and excellent location short walk to both Fantasy Island, and the beach. Also, Genting Casino Blackpool was 2 km away from the hotel.

Had 4 nights in Skegness, spent our time here lovely. The setting was lovely, short walk to both the town centre, shops and attractions and Ingoldmells. There were a great selection of restaurants to eat, like Sally's Taste that was only 15 minutes' walk away.

I stayed for 7 nights here and had a fairly nice time. The staff and people generally were amiable. I liked to be in this place.

My room included an electric kettle, a microwave oven, and a sofa bed. The bathrooms here were brilliant. Quiet location near enough to the shops pubs etc made it easy to get to key attractions. The staff I met were affable and excellent.

The setting is absolutely perfect and lovely, right by Skegness and Ingoldmells so close to drive to both, fantasy island and town and butlins n all. Moreover, getting to the lake on foot takes 45 minutes.
